Windows & Doors

The windows and doors were delivered this morning. I went to play a round of golf at Andrews Air Force Base.

Look what I missed ;-)

There was one glitch. The west facing window area in the Master Bath was framed for a single window. Unfortuantely, we are putting a double window in that space. NONE of us spotted the issue. Bob had the framers resize the window opening. Problem solved.

All windows and doors are Anderson 400 Series with "low E" glass. This gains us several LEED points.

A view of the garage side of the house.

They'll finish up tomorrow. Except for the front door, which is a custom order. It should arrive in about three weeks.

The roofer should also be back tomorrow to finish the last of the roofing.

The roofer is finishing up the last edges of the roof. He'll be done by noon.
