Regrading the Property
After five straight days of rain last week, the sun finally broke out yesterday. It's Monday morning and Bob is wasting no time getting the heavy machinery back to do the rough regrading of the property.
We're scheduled to move in four weeks from today !!!!!
Watch that wall and windows !!!!!!!

The rough regrading of the back yard is complete.
The east side of the house is complete. We were a bit worried that the slope on this side was going to be too steep, but the guys managed to regrade it perfectly.
The rain also delayed completing the exterior stone, but the guys are back at work today.
They should be done in a few days.
