Tim has spent over 25 years in the Information Systems consulting field with DOD, health care, banking, and software development experience. Tim recently worked with USGBC to build the first LEED Platinum certified home in Baltimore County, Maryland. Tim has since added renewable energy and LEED for Homes consulting to his practice. He received his Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Loyola College.

Tripp has over thirty years of experience in Informations Systems Management and Information Systems Development. Tripp has experience in banking, client software, and governmental (DOD) systems. Tripp heads Pentech's Information Systems Consulting practice. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
